AIDA, short for the International Association for the Development of Apnea, is a globally respected freediving education agency known for its strong focus on safety, technique, and theoretical knowledge. Its courses are divided into four well-structured levels, offering a progressive approach to mastering freediving skills.
Keep in mind, that whichever course you choose, you have the flexibility to take it either in a group setting, or individually.
