• FRC diving, mouth-fill, packing;

• Freediving physics (Dalton's law, Boyle's law, Henry's law, nitrogen narcosis);

• Nutrition and diet for freedivers;

• Fitness and training in freediving;

• Role of Assistant Instructor.

Disciplines:

• Static apnea (STA);

• Dynamic apnea (DYNB);

• Free immersion (FIM);

• Constant weight bi-fins (CWTB).

Techniques:

• Exhale diving;

• Mouth-fill equalization.

Additional skills:

• Full body warm-up and stretching;

• Breathing muscles stretching;

• Packing;

• Additional equipment handling (dive line, bottom plate, torches, etc.);

• Simulation of potentially hazardous situations.

• 75% score on a written theory exam;

• 3:30 min static breath hold;

• 70 meters underwater swim with fins (DYNB);

• Minimum 32-meter deep dive with constant weight bi-fins (CWTB);

• First aid training completion certificate.
