Hello! I am Nataliia Zharkova
Welcome to my World of Freediving! Water holds a special significance here: it provides relaxation for our body and mind, enhances the effects of breathwork, and amplifies the benefits of meditation.
I've gone from being a world-record-breaking freediver to becoming a passionate advocate for the sport, serving as an instructor, public speaker, and educator. I wholeheartedly believe that freediving is one of the most effective tools for connecting with our bodies, accessing our true selves, and managing our mental states.
I've descended to a depth of one hundred meters on a single breath, set seven world records, and remained without a breath for almost seven minutes. To achieve these results, I've learned how to access a special mental state where the pressure of eleven atmospheres above my head is not a problem. At this place past and present are non-existent and only the present moment matters. No need to go hundred meters down to exercise it, there are many stressors in our everyday lives.
My mission is to make this mental space accessible to everyone, whether underwater or on land, whether in a pool, sea, lake, or office.

Achievements
Six World records
Through my carrier I set six World records in two categories: constant weight no fins (CNF) and constant weight with bi-fins (CWTB) with the deepest of them being 70 meters and 95 meters respectfully.
Deepest dive is 102 meters
The deepest I’ve ever been so far is 102 meters below the surface on a single breath. Funny enough it was not a World record at the time. This dive was done with a monofin in Honduras 2019 (see the video above).
Dove through The Arch
Back in year 2016 I accomplished the dive through the famous Arch of Blue Hole in Dahab using only monofin. I’ve been the second woman to do so after incredible Natalia Molchanova.
Seventh woman to pass 100m depth
It took me over 10 years to hit that depth mark. Freediving is developing rapidly and nowadays one talented freediver might achieve it much faster. Today there are about 20 ladies capable of diving this deep.
